  2. Diet and exercise – Are you eating enough of the right foods on a consistent basis? It is important to have a well-rounded diet. One way to improve your mental approach is surrounding yourself with positive people. Everyone goes through some stressful times. That said the key is to get through them and come out with a positive attitude.
